Tiffany Lange, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and has served in senior leadership roles in government, nonprofit and private organizations. Lange earned a doctoral degree from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in women’s health.
Lange has over a decade’s worth of experience working with underserved and marginalized communities and has devoted her professional career to promoting health equity and expanding access to inclusive health services. Her areas of expertise and passion are in trauma reactions, substance use, military veteran populations, LGBTQ+ affirmative care, advocacy (individual and systemic levels), and bridging the gap between research recommendations and clinical practice through the development of culturally inclusive field-tested interventions. Currently, she is the senior clinical director of utilization review at Community Behavioral Health in Philadelphia, where she oversees the growth and standardization of person-centered care-management programming across categories of behavioral health service to vulnerable populations who are Medicaid eligible.
She has a proven history of scaling innovative interventions and programming resulting in national awards, invited and plenary speaker engagements, peer-reviewed publications, and media attention. As a previous employee of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Lange was most known for her work advocating for LGBTQ+ affirmative care. Her VHA achievements include being the developer of PRIDE In All Who Served and Trans-Affirmative Narrative Exposure Therapy, which led to participation on the secretary of Veterans Affairs’ 120 Task Force on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access.
Beyond professional accomplishments, Tiffany takes pride in being an angel runner for Ainsley’s Angels, an all-inclusive organization aiming to educate, advocate and celebrate everyone through assisted running race events. She is currently training to assist a disabled youth athlete to complete the 2022 Marine Corps Marathon (26.2 miles). Tiffany is also a loving dog parent, travel enthusiast, and supportive partner to a Marine Corps officer.
